What You Need

• A small steel bowl
• Clean water
• 1 teaspoon raw milk
• 2 white flower petals from any white flower
• 1 ghee diya

• 1 sesame oil diya
• Black sesame or mustard oil for donation

How to Do It

1. For the Moon Nourishment Remedy, on Monday evening, take a small steel bowl.
2. Fill the bowl with clean water.
3. Add one teaspoon of raw milk.
4. Add two petals from any white flower.
5. Sit quietly and say once, "I am strengthening my Moon for nourishment and growth."
6. Keep the bowl under moonlight for thirty to sixty minutes.
7. The next morning, use this water to lightly rinse your hair roots and do not shampoo.
8. For the Venus Strengthening Ritual, on Friday morning after bathing, light one ghee diya facing East.
9. Sit comfortably.
10. Chant "Om Shukraya Namah" 108 times.
11. After chanting, donate something white or sweet on the same day, such as milk, sugar, rice, or sweets.
12. For the Saturn Dryness Removal practice, on Saturday evening, light one sesame oil diya.
13. Sit silently for five minutes.
14. Say once, "I release dryness and blockage from my body."
15. Donate black sesame or mustard oil to someone in need.

What to Avoid

Do not mix ten remedies at once and do not obsess over the practice every day. During this period, do not cut your hair on Amavasya or Saturdays.
