Atiyah Astro LLP (“Atiyah Astro”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a registered limited-liability partnership providing astrology, tarot, spiritual education, and energy-work rituals under the brand name Astro Vistaar (“Services”).
By accessing or purchasing through our websites, WhatsApp numbers, Instagram pages, or any linked platform (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of Services (Faith-Based Guidance)

2.1 Our Services are spiritual and faith-based. They are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice and must not replace licensed professional care.

2.2 All readings, remedies, and rituals reflect energetic interpretations and probabilities, not certainties. Results vary by personal circumstances, free will, and timing.

2.3 We do not guarantee any specific result or outcome from any reading, ritual, product, or course.

2.4 Astro Vistaar operates as a facilitation platform connecting clients to verified spiritual practitioners. The ritual work itself is executed independently by the practitioner. Astro Vistaar’s responsibility is limited to scheduling, communication, and documentation.

3. No Guarantees & Limitation of Liability

3.1 The Platform and Services are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind except as required by law.

3.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses (including loss of profits or opportunity).

3.3 Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to that claim.

4. Ethical Boundaries and Prohibited Uses

4.1 We do not claim to control or override any person’s free will. Rituals intended to “influence” are framed as energy alignment and communication openings, never coercion.

4.2 You agree not to use or request our Services for unlawful harm, stalking, threats, harassment, influencing minors, medical diagnosis, financial securities decisions, or fraud.

4.3 We may decline or terminate any Service that violates ethics or law; fees for unperformed portions may be refunded at our sole discretion.

5. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority under your local law) to use paid Services. If purchasing on behalf of another, you represent you have their consent and authority.

7. User Conduct & Content (Testimonials)

7.1 You are responsible for accurate data provided (DOB, TOB, place, names). Inaccurate data can affect readings.

7.2 If you submit testimonials, reviews, or user-generated content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use them for lawful business purposes. You retain ownership and may withdraw consent via email.

7.3 We are not liable for user-provided content appearing on our Platform.

8. Modification / Change of Services

We may modify or withdraw any Service, product, or price without notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination / Suspension Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access if you breach these Terms or misuse Services. Upon termination, your right to use Services ceases, but disclaimers, liability limits, and ownership rights survive.

10. Force Majeure / Interruptions

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control - including network issues, payment-gateway errors, natural disasters, government actions, or ritual-timing variations.

11. Dispute Resolution & Limitation of Claims

All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be resolved through amicable discussions within fifteen (15) days of written notice.
If not resolved, the dispute shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed mutually by both parties under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The arbitration shall be held in New Delhi, conducted in English, and the award shall be final and binding.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive the right to initiate or participate in class, collective, or representative actions and agree that any claim shall be brought individually.
The aggregate liability of Atiyah Astro LLP (brand Astro Vistaar™) shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service that gave rise to the claim. Any cause of action must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises, after which it shall be permanently barred.
Courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction for interim relief.

12. Governing Law / Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to New Delhi jurisdiction only.

13. Acknowledgement of Risk / Free Will

Clients acknowledge that results may vary, and they engage Services voluntarily and at their own risk. The free will of all persons involved may change outcomes beyond our control.

14. International Users / Cross-Border Clause

If you access our Platform from outside India, you are responsible for complying with local laws. We do not target jurisdictions where our Services are restricted.

15. Severability / Waiver

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a right once does not constitute waiver of future enforcement.

16. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All content (brand names, text, images, courses, products) are the intellectual property of Atiyah Astro LLP. Unauthorised use, copying, or replication is prohibited.

17. Update Log / Acceptance Mechanism

Users should accept these Terms via a checkbox or similar affirmative action. Past versions are archived for reference. The latest date above represents the current binding version.

19. SPELL-WORK & RITUAL SERVICES POLICY

1. Voluntary Participation
- Clients confirm they are 18 years or older and engage voluntarily, without coercion or pressure.
- The decision to commission a ritual is their own act of faith.

2. Proof of Performance
- “Spell completion” is evidenced by ritual-performance materials such as photos, brief videos, altar images, or post-ritual notes created during or immediately after the work.
- These materials, stored in our internal system, shall constitute sufficient proof that the ritual was performed even if the client was not physically present.
- Videos or photos are for record and verification only; they remain the property of Atiyah Astro LLP and are not to be redistributed unless legally required.

3. Session Recordings
- Complimentary readings linked to a spell (15-minute for orders below ₹10 000, two sessions for orders above) may be recorded solely for quality and compliance.
- Recordings are confidential, not shared externally, and deleted after the legal retention period.
- Recording implies the client’s consent under the DPDP Act for internal audit purposes.

4. Working Hours & Communication
- Official hours: 11 a.m.–6 p.m. (IST), Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Messages outside these hours may be answered later; non-response outside hours does not constitute service deficiency.

5. Nature & Limitation of Results
- Spells, rituals, and products such as “Mind Magic,” “Love Return,” etc., are symbolic descriptors of the energy focus, not literal guarantees of effect.
- All work is energy-based; results depend on divine will, karmic factors, and free will of all parties.
- Atiyah Astro LLP and its practitioners are not responsible for external circumstances or third-party decisions.

6. Confidentiality
- All client details are confidential under the Privacy Policy. We may anonymise ritual records for training or audit.

7. Refunds & Cancellations
- Because each ritual involves personalized energy work and materials, refunds are not available once performance has begun.
- Refunds are considered only for clear non-performance proven through absence of ritual-proof materials.

8. Complaints & Verification
- Any query regarding ritual proof must be raised within seven (7) days of completion notice.
- We will verify using internal logs and ritual documentation. Our confirmation shall serve as conclusive evidence of completion unless disproved by material evidence.
- All disclaimers, arbitration, limitation of liability, and jurisdiction clauses in the main Terms apply in full.

- These Spell-Work Terms form part of the main Terms & Conditions.

20. Compliance with Law & No-Black-Magic Declaration

Atiyah Astro LLP and its practitioners perform only ethical, non-coercive, faith-based spiritual work intended for personal growth and positive energy alignment. No service involves black magic, sorcery, animal sacrifice, threats, or any practice prohibited under Indian law. Clients confirm they will not request or use our Services for revenge, harm, or illegal purposes. Any such request is rejected and reported to authorities if necessary.

21. Faith & Freedom Clause

Our practices are personal spiritual choices protected under Article 25 of the Indian Constitution.

22. No-Coercion Clause

We never threaten divine punishment, nor claim harm will occur if you do not use our services.
