Faculty BiographyDr Abhishek Ji is one of Astro Vistaar’s most senior and multidisciplinary faculty members, with more than two decades of practice and a teaching portfolio extending across Vedic Astrology, predictive sciences, Tarot, Vastu, divination, spiritual traditions, psychic studies and comparative esotericism.
Vedic Astrology and predictive Jyotish form a central part of his teaching. His curriculum ranges from introductory astrology to a 100+ hour Complete Falit Jyotish programme, alongside specialised study of Prashna Kundali, Moon Chart analysis, Surya-based interpretation, Tithi, Muhurta, matchmaking and chart-based remedial approaches. The emphasis throughout is on developing the ability to synthesise multiple astrological factors rather than relying upon isolated rules or generic predictions.
His Tarot curriculum is similarly extensive. It includes advanced Rider-Waite study, Akashic Tarot, Shadow Tarot and programmes integrating Tarot with astrology and Vastu. His work in spatial studies spans Astro Vastu, Feng Shui, Devta Vastu and an extensive Expert Vastu Shastra programme.
Beyond these core disciplines, Dr Abhishek Ji teaches a diverse body of advanced spiritual and esoteric subjects including Dasmahavidya traditions, psychic mediumship, Akashic studies, past-life work, crystal healing, automatic writing, astral projection, angelic systems, Kabbalah, Goetic traditions and deity-centred practices.
The breadth of his curriculum is balanced by a consistent emphasis on analysis. Students are trained to understand the framework of a system well enough to assess unfamiliar cases independently rather than remain dependent on memorised interpretations.

Teaching & Practice AreasVedic Astrology and Predictive Jyotish
His astrology curriculum covers foundational chart reading as well as increasingly specialised predictive methodologies. Students progress from planets, Rashis, houses and basic chart structure towards synthesis, timing, Prashna, compatibility, Muhurta and applied prediction.
Tarot and Symbolic Interpretation
His Tarot programmes move beyond card memorisation into combinations, spreads, contextual reading, intuition and practitioner-level interpretation. Selected courses also examine how Tarot may be combined with other disciplines without losing the individual logic of either system.
Vastu and Spatial Studies
His Vastu teaching ranges from introductory and integrated Astro Vastu to Feng Shui, Devta Vastu and a long-form Expert Vastu Shastra curriculum. Students examine directions, zones, spatial relationships, traditional principles and methods of assessment.
Dasmahavidya and Indian Spiritual Traditions
His advanced Indian spiritual curriculum includes programmes centred on individual Mahavidyas and other deity traditions, giving students the opportunity to study these systems as distinct bodies of practice.
Western and Comparative Esotericism
His course portfolio includes Kabbalistic angelic systems, the Seals of Solomon, Goetic entities, pathworking and other Western esoteric traditions. These subjects broaden the comparative dimension of his teaching considerably.
Psychic, Akashic and Consciousness Studies
His additional teaching encompasses psychic mediumship, astral projection, intuition, aura studies, automatic writing, past-life work and Akashic methodologies.
Teaching ApproachDr Abhishek Ji’s teaching places particular emphasis on interpretative independence. In Jyotish, students are encouraged to understand how several chart factors interact before reaching a conclusion. In Tarot, they learn to read relationships between cards rather than interpreting each card in isolation. In Vastu, they are encouraged to understand spatial principles before prescribing corrections.
This analytical approach is particularly valuable in subjects where memorising meanings can create the illusion of expertise without building genuine interpretative ability.
His extensive long-form courses also provide space for progression: students may begin with a foundational programme and continue into advanced specialist study within the same discipline.
